Located in Coligny Plaza, The Frozen Moo is a family owned ice cream parlor that serves more than 90 flavors of delicious all-natural ice cream, frozen yogurt & sherbet, including 3 "no sugar added/low fat" flavors. There is also a variety of toppings to create your own special dessert! The portion sizes are large (a small is two heaping scoops of ice cream!).
