A small, quiet, beautiful lake minutes from the house. Perfect for kayaking, swimming, fishing, and there are hiking trails near by. There is a small public access beach for swimming and boat launch. Kayaks are available for rent nearby at High Country Marine in Wilmington.

There are several public boat launches and beach areas with picnic tables and restrooms. Kayaks, wave-runners, boats and pontoons are avaible for rent at High Country Marine located right on the water.

The largest body of water located entirely within Vermont, Harriman Reservoir is just 10 minutes from our house and the perfect spot for swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, or having a picnic. There are several public boat launches and beach areas with picnic tables and restrooms. Kayaks, wave-runners, boats and pontoons are avaible for rent at High Country Marine located right on the water.
Drive through the beautiful Green Mountain National Forest gravel roads (seasonal) to this remote reservoir. There are tons of picnic tables by the water, hiking trails, a boat launch, and great fishing. One of our favorite places!
