Zzohanna's is a favourite here in St Ives. There are plenty of curry restaurants but this one is just a little bit special. I'd recommend booking.

Excellent freshly cooked food. Can get very busy so expect a wait at times during the day. Tapas small plates Friday and Saturdays. Tables can be booked online. If it's a nice day they have a large balcony which is a lovely spot.

Local Walks
The Thicket is an initial 3 mile paved walk to the beautiful village of Houghton. It starts just past The Holt Island nature reserve. Once you get to Houghton, carry on past Houghton Mill and over the river lock, after stopping for refreshments at the National Trust café there, and across the Meadow to the picturesque villages of Hemingford. After lunch at The Axe and Compass or The Cock carry on following the footpath signs back to St Ives. A lovely 6 mile circular walk.

Guided Busway to Cambridge
Although it's an easy, 15 minute car ride to Cambridge the car park prices are very expensive, especially if you plan on making a day of it. It's usually about £2.30 to £3.30 an hour.
The busway takes about 40 minutes and is usually about £7 return.
The bus stop near to us is at Slepe Hall/ Langley Road.
