Great place for gelato, but the queues on any given evening can be off putting. Visit in the afternoon and grab a tub to put in the freezer for later!

Fantastic hub full of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Head to the Haig Park markets on Sunday mornings and try and find all the street art murals on various buildings with a takeaway coffee in hand. Take a quick walk a block away to The Canberra Centre, Canberra’s largest shopping centre and to access another whole range of restaurants, eateries and pubs and clubs

Kingston is split in to two areas, “Old Kingston” and Kingston Foreshore, located on the shore of Lake Burley Griffin. There are a large number of cafes, pubs and restaurants lining the foreshore. The Old Bus Depot Markets are also a great stop on Sunday mornings.
