Very nice owners & property; outdoor area for enjoying the scenery; CAUTION: bob cat has been seen dunning on rock on the property
Really nice property & tasting room; exquisite wines; friendly owners & staff; use caution if you arrive mid-morning as there have been bobcat sightings in the area (one in particular likes to sun on the rocks in front of the tasting room).

Book an appt (best done on-line) & allow yourself at least 2 hours; the tasting room is beautiful & you will not find a more passionate or knowledgeable winemaker than Tony Tiso! He makes wine very accessible; he knows his stuff but is not a “wine snob” (i.e., he never makes you feel like an idiot). His is a rare but valuable skill (art) to possess in the winemaking industry. Amazing vintner & wines! You might also inquire about his wife’s amazing additions to the wine menu!

Have you been to a drive-thru egg stand? If not, you really need to stop here! The freshest eggs you can get. Br sure to go mid-week or early on weekends if you want jumbo eggs (double yolks!)

There is an actual boat dock but I’ve never seen anyone on the lake; stop by the market (small but packed w/ essentials!) & restaurant (it’s changed hands recently, & I’ve not eaten there d/t COVID-19 restrictions, so I can’t tell you what they serve or the quality of same. Also check out the cabins for rent. (Cute but I’ve never stayed there & don’t know anyone who has.)

Great views. HOWEVER, DO NOT go on a snowy day - drivers in SoCal have little experience on snow & ice is their real Achilles heel! Also avoid if you have passengers who tend to get car sick!
