Thanking Uber or Lyft to go Downtown Is a good choice
Parking downtown is around $25-$40 the least expensive place to park is the Library Garage connected to the Renaissance Hotel is about $10 and pretty convenient.

The Bluebird Cafe is a highly sought after place to go. You can get on their website a few days before and reserve your tickets. It is about a 15 minute drive from our house and they have free parking it is located on Hillsboro Rd in the Green Hills area.

Opry Mills mall is full of outlet stores and many restaurants you could spend the day here Try the German restaurant or the aquarium restaurant, they are great places to eat . There is also a Rainforest Cafe the kids would like both of them there is plenty of free parking and it is put near the airport about a 20 minute drive,they also have Grand ole Opry house on the same property, and the Opry Land Hotel is a must see with all the plants and boats in the Delta area , you can park at the mall and walk into the back of the hotel and not have pay the $20 to park there
