About 15 minutes away in the car from the chalet. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Great food especially if you are into game foods. Is a bit pricey but nice grub. Take That stayed here last year when they performed in Norwich 😬

Just along the coast from Cromer. A great place to visit. Good local food. In the summer there is a carnival week. Very busy in June. We also have the 1940’s weekend which is a great sight. There’s also a steam train which is popular.

If you go to Norwich visit here
This is our lovely Bacton beach about a 4 minute walk away from the chalet. Lots has changed this year. Lots of new sand was shipped in from Holland and all the windbreakers have been covered over with sand now. Beach is a lot bigger and sandier! Good for walkers and dogs.

If you are staying local to Bacton you can walk everywhere. If you are wanting to visit places I highly recommended using your car. If you are into cycling there are great places to cycle to and from.

Cromer & Sheringham Carnival week!!
These carnivals are spread out over 2 weeks. Biggest in the country outside of London. Lots of visitors every year, year on year. Normally in July/August with lots going in these seaside resorts. Check it out!!

Sheringham 1940’s Weekend!
Be transformed back to the 1940s. Everyone dresses up old style! The main high street decked out to the war time. Very popular and great to see. Normally in August.
