'-It is the first Aerostatic Balloon of Puerto Rico -This hill is 3,200 feet above sea level. -The Balloon rises about 500 feet to reach 3,700 feet above sea level. -From there you have a 360-degree panoramic view, and you can spot different attractions like the Cristobal Colon Statue, Arecibo Observatory (a radio telescope), the city of San Juan (even cruises ships arriving or living the port). You also have at your disposal 620 linear feet (189 linear meters) skirting the platform for your senses to enjoy all views. -It has the colors of the town’s flag: red, green and it has a petroglyph of the indigenous sun. -The balloon has a capacity of up to 20 people with a flight time of 8 to 15 minutes. -The flight depends on the weather.'

Food scene

Creole pizza made with local ingredients (for example, cheese is from yard cows). They are baked in a stone oven with firewood from the field. Check which days they are serving and arrive early. While you wait for your pizza baked with firewood, savor an exquisite fruit cocktail from the field. Bon appetite!!

Creole food made daily in the best Puerto Rican tradition. My favorites are the pork ribs with rice with white beans and ripe roasted bananas. At 15 minutes from de house.

Puerto Rican artisanal coffee. Four generations of wisdom flow into the distinctive, delicious and most appreciated coffee of our land. So worthy of universal recognition, that we sign it with our first and last name, Roberto Atienza. Hacienda San Pedro Coffee possesses a seductive, rich, soft and velvety flavor that entices the palate. It has a classic caramel semi-sweet aroma, with delicate chocolate overtones and a soft hint of aromatic spices, particularly sage and rosemary.
