At low tide I like to walk along the beach and scramble across the rocks (just a little bit) and have breakfast at Black rock Cafe, which is right on the beach.

From my house, I can walk to Polperro along the coast path, and catch a bus home. The scenery is fabulous and its a well worn path, so you wont get lost, just keep the sea on your left. Its a bit strenuous so your level of fitness should be quite good.
