At this park you can find tennis courts, community center, toys for children, 10 mile walking/running path and once a year there is a arts festival here. There are other popular events during the summer as well.

We are across the street from a elementary school. The speed changes from 30 to 20 around 8 am-9 and then again about 2:50-3:45 pm during the school season. The traffic increases around that time too
