my local coffee shop within walking distance, they have decent food as well, a kid zone, and a completely separate 'study area' where talking/making noise is frowned upon. This place is closest, but the BEST coffee is Blueprint followed by Park Ave, both of which are nearby, albeit not walkable (meh, maybe Park Ave :)

This is a totally unique place that is half zoo half park. Anheuser Busch (Budweiser) created this a looong time ago.
