Best Butchers in Newbury/Reading....if driving highly recommended to stop by to stock up on almost everything from beef to game and vegetables, pies, cheeses, deli counter is amazing! Also a small coffee shop.

With a lake and two playgrounds (one for toddlers one for bigger children) this is a great place to take the little ones, also great for walkers and bird spotting. Car is essential to get here though. Suggested donation for parking fees.

Wilko is the best for wallet friendly items! Same brands for sometimes half the price....always a lovely selection and friendly staff. Beware it gets crazy busy over the weekends :(
