Oviken Ost driver ett gårdsmejeri som gör ost och andra mejeriprodukter av får, och komjölk. Fårmjölken kommer från våra egna mjölkfår medan komjölken köps in från en närbelägd gård. De flesta av ostarna görs på opastöriserad mjölk då mjölkråvaran är av högsta kvalitet. Gården heter Åkern och har varit i släken Åkermos ägo sedan 1350-talet.
