“Bike and walking paths cover this hidden premier downtown neighborhood. There are a constant parade of neighbors walking dogs, strollers, or just getting out and enjoying the peaceful safe and low traffic streets. The neighborhood is home to many notable Tucson artists, musicians, professors, and business owners. The architecture is a blend of Swiss custom and ranch style suburban 50s design. As far as proximity, you wont find a more private historic safe quiet neighborhood closer to downtown and the university. Visitors and neighbors enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood with about a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to all major Tucson destinations like: UofA, Downtown, Rialto & Fox Theatres, Centennial Hall,, Historic 4th Ave, El Con Mall, Spring Training, Kino Sports. Walkable locations include Reid Park, Randolph Golf, Zoo, multiple nightclubs and bars, a comedy club, dozens of restaurants, multiple natural grocers. Lastly access to aviation highway gets you to Davis Monthan Air Base, Raytheon Complex, and other common workplaces quick and easy.”
