After that we will move to Shinjuku via the JR Yamanote Line (12 minute train ride) and show you the gritty side of Tokyo, showing you the tiniest of alleys and the main night-life spot. The tour/photoshoot is going to be around 2-3 hours. I will be providing you with 25-40 high resolution photos, post processed and ready to share to your friends and family. LET'S GET OUT OF THE TOURIST AREA where it is overpriced and crowded with people! This tour focuses on Ueno, which is not as crowded as Shibuya, Shinjuku and is less touristy. It is also famous with Japanese foodies for a good quality at reasonable prices. I'm going to take you to popular bars and restaurants for ONLY LOCALS (NO TOURISTS!!) where the staff speaks only Japanese. I will order signature dishes, and we will discuss the food and drink (and you can pepper me with questions). We will visit 4 restaurants/taverns in total, where you will sample sashimi, grilled fish and skewered meat, etc. You will also have the opportunity to try UNIQUE Japanese alcoholic drinks (5 or more different type of drinks) and you'll be able to experience what Japanese taverns are like. After visiting these three taverns, we will end the tour at a great Ramen shop that is popular with locals. At the end of the tour, I will explain which train station you need to go, depending on where you go. You are going to have a full-size meal on the day in several different restaurants included ramen, so again pls come hungry!

You will explore the center of Shitamachi, Monzennakacho. Shitamachi is generally referred to the east part of Tokyo, which is known for the traditions and energetic festivals. The host Manami was born and grew up here, learned its history and got degrees in cultural heritage protection. We the locals are not rich, but we believe that we built the Edo city (previous Tokyo) and supported its prosperity for over 250 years. The tour starts at a cafe with Manami's introduction of Shitamachi area. TOUR 1. Water channels Hear about the unique geographical features, which generated the Shitamachi economy. 2. The Fudo-son temple Learn the differences between Buddhism temples and Shinto shrines, as well as their unique fusion. You might have a chance to see the spiritual fire ritual. 3. The Tomioka Hachimangu shrine Locals come here for celebrations and seasonal events, so you might get to see people dressed up in beautiful kimono. It also features huge "Sumo" rocks, weekend free markets, and more. Every country has its own uniquenesses and standards. When you are traveling, you can't expect the same experiences as what you get at home. Most of my guests appreciate the differences, however, I sometimes get difficult requests. We will take you to three Izakaya (Japanese restaurants and bars). You can enjoy Japanese food like yakitori(chicken skewered), okonomiyaki and gyoza with beer, sake and other drinks. Japanese foods and drinks, learn about Japanese culture and history with our knowledgeable guide. If you are new to the city and don't speak Japanese, finding Tokyo's bars (with the signs written in kanji) can be tricky. This guided nighttime tour of Shibuya takes you to izakaya that you'd be unlikely to find alone. Also, we offer an optional gastronomic tour where we will have sushi and wagyu at popular restaurants in Shinjuku. And we also have the same bar hopping style tour in Osaka. Tourist information of Miura Misaki. The long-awaited 20th Cherry Blossom Festival will be held from February 5 (Monday) to March 3 (Sunday), 2024! Miura Misaki is port town of a base for tuna fishing boats. There is a restaurant with a nice reputation for its tuna fish cuisine, and our guests will enjoy homemade Japanese dishes. It's made from freshly caught fish from sea and vegetables in Miura. After, we will go to spots with a spectacular view of "Jōgashima." There, we will go to "Awa Lighthouse" to see the Pacific Ocean stretching out before our eyes. "Jōgashima" is also a power spot and was awarded two stars in the "Michelin Green Guide Japon." We will return to Misaki Port, pay a visit to "Kainan Shrine," and then head home.

There are various kinds of sushi, but we will make 5 kinds thi time (Nigiri sushi, Tamagyaki-sushi, winding winding, manual winding, fine winding). Generally there are two kinds of hand grips (kotegaeshi/tategaeshi). I will make sushi by this method. Becuase my shop is a shop that last 100 years, I have inherited the technology you will experienced it. Let's grab it in a sushi craftmanship. And let's make goals that sushi can be made even if yo return home! Let me eat lunch together because I also hold a sushi for you. And if there is something you want to know abot sushi, I will gladly answer. Other things to note There's nothing special to prepare. Please come with casual clothes.

We will welcome you into our own restaurant with some unique Japanese drinks as an aperitif while we talk about sake and wagyu, explaining the history, relevance, and regional differences between them. Then we will move onto the wagyu full-course meal. We source different types of wagyu from many regions in Japan, and we will serve you the best cuts available in the market for the experience date. You'll get to try traditional & authentic styles of preparation as well as some more modern dishes, along with some delicious appetizers and dessert. For each wagyu dish, we will serve you Japanese craft sake prepared in a different way. Some of them are our original cocktails specifically designed to be paired with wagyu. You can learn how to make three types pretty sushi in my class. It is not traditional sushi craftsmen teaching, but it is much in originality. You‘ll enjoy the seasonal feeling from those sushi. Your making sushi is the only one in the world. Also I can prepare vegetarians option. Because these sushi can change the ingredients into vegetables . After make them , let's eat together. I will serve delicious miso soup . After the meal is over, I’ll put Kimono on you. you can choose what you like from several kimono. Then lets enjoy tea ceremony together.
