'Green Loanings' is a beautiful, detached country house in an area of outstanding natural beauty with amazing views and gardens on the border of Kent and Sussex. Set privately in 5 acres, the house is close to Tunbridge Wells and the Ashdown Forest. It is under 1 hour on the train from the nearby station Eridge to London. Brighton is about 40 mins away by car or bus. The house is ideal for families (with kids) and groups looking to celebrate a special occasion responsibly.
Guests can use all spaces in the house and gardens. The house is completely secluded with no visible neighbouring houses. The house borders an apple farm with lovely walks.
Royal Tunbridge Wells is 5 miles away and is pretty and tranquil spa town. The Ashdown forest is 5 miles in the other direction providing wonderful walks and views of the South Downs.

Our brand new, timber build, eco friendly house has a shingle and black clapboard finish, inspired by the Hamptons, USA. It has an open plan living and kitchen area, with two fridge freezers, two ovens & a 'Nikola Tesla' hob. The landscaped garden is fully equipped for showering, outdoor cooking & dining All 5 double bedrooms (1 in the garden) are en suite. We have parking for 5 cars.
    Welcome to The Camber Beach Guest House, situated one minute from the beaches and dunes of Camber Sands, and a ten minute drive from the medieval cinque ports town of Rye, in East Sussex, with its great eclectic shops. Rye is known for its local crafts and vintage and antique furniture stores, gift shopping, historic sights and restaurants. The house is brand new, designed by award winning architects RX, who specialise in coastal homes. We also very close to Dungeness and the amazing nature reserve, as well as the Rye Golf Club and windsurfing academy. We are a dog friendly property - max of 2 dogs per group, but we can discuss that. Rye is exceptionally dog friendly, as is Camber. We are situated next door to The Clam Cafe and the Rye Bay Grill and close to The Owl Pub and the Gallivant Hotel. We are spoilt for choice in East Sussex, with our UNESCO protected beaches, our nature reserve and nearby Dungeness, plus the historic town of Rye is a 10 minute drive, with the lovely market town of Tenterden, a little further away. Hastings is 20 minutes by train from Rye - and we have great transport links to places like Brighton and London. The area also offers you the English Vineyards at Chapel Down and Tillingham. There are always lots of music and arts festivals in Rye. The citadel town is famous for its annual Bonfire Festival in November and its truly beautiful Christmas Festival and Market.

    Villa vue Exceptionnelle sur la la baie des 2 Caps, sa très longue plage et ses grandes marées, et son village de Wissant. Située sur le Cap Gris-Nez, à 100 m de la mer en traversant la prairie, la villa jouit d'une vue rare grâce à ses grandes ouvertures. La maison est décorée de façon contemporaine et châleureuse. Un poêle à bois réchauffera également l'ambiance de la maison.
    Face à la maison, un chemin de randonnée aux panoramas spectaculaires vous emmène vers le Cap Blanc-Nez. Une autre petite balade vous conduit, à 5 minutes de marche de la maison, au pied du phare du Cap, où vous surplombez les falaises face à l'Angleterre. A vous de repérez les phoques qui y ont élu domicile. Envie de pêcher ? Moules, crevettes, pêche à la ligne...les amateurs apprécieront la richesse des eaux claires du cap.
    Le cap Griz-Nez est une zone protégée, calme. Son phare est classé monuments historique. Ici, quelques bateaux de pêche typiques, les flobarts, sortent en mer régulièrement.

    Contemporary large, comfortable modern house with heated outdoor swimming pool and far reaching views over Romney Marsh. Located 400m / 5min flat walk to St Marys Bay sandy beach and 10min walk to Dymchurch village centre. Excellent base to explore the Kent coast and downs. Lots to see and do locally including the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch steam railway and Lympne castle and animal park. Friendly place with a chilled coastal vibe!
    The ground floor benefits from a large entrance hallway, well equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with french windows to the garden/terrace and a cloak room. To the first floor there is a king sized bedroom, large family bathroom with separate shower and bath, cinema room and a comfortable TV lounge to the rear with views over Romney Marsh and the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway line. To the second floor there is one king sized bedroom, one twin bedroom and another family bathroom. All bedrooms feature storage, comfortable beds, feather duvets/pillows and armchairs.
    St Mary's Bay, also known as The Bay, is a coastal village in Kent, England. Situated on Romney Marsh, St Mary's Bay has a long sandy beach which stretches north to Dymchurch and south to Littlestone-on-Sea. It has a station on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway. The dark nights once provided cover for smugglers on Romney Marsh but today the same dark skies make the Marsh of the country's best areas for stargazing due to its wide horizons and lack of light pollution. Romney Marsh juts out into the English Channel and is often cloud free; you can often see clouds building up further inland whilst the sky here remains clear. There are records showing Lydd was the sunniest place in the UK in the 1920’s.  Due to the low population density there is little light pollution from local sources.  Inland and away from the coastal strip the sky at night can be really good for astronomy. The Milky Way can be seen easily along with distant objects such as galaxies and star clusters. We love this area because of its feeling of remoteness despite being only a few minutes to towns and villages plus and just over an hour from London.

    'Old Fire Station Canterbury' consists of 3 separate properties within the same compound. 'Arthouse' is a Grade II listed former Victorian Fire Station comprising 2 Double Bedrooms and sofa bed.'Cedar house' is a Luxurious cedar clad house and comprises of two King size bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms plus sofa bed.'Fireman's Cottage' is a quaint 2 Double bedroom cottage with sole use of a 30ft garden.
    The Old fire station consists of 3 properties at the same location and are arranged as follows; The Arthouse is the front Victorian house and has 2 x King size bedrooms, Lounge with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. This house we can also put in a day bed for one. Sleeps 6/7 Next door is the Fireman's cottage and has 2 x double bedrooms, lounge with dining area, bathroom and a garden. Sleeps 4 Set back behind in a private courtyard is the Cedar house which is a modern Scandinavian clad built building. Consisting of 2 x King size bedrooms, one of which is upstairs and is a large open plan bedroom with a seating area and sofa bed and bathroom. Then downstairs is the second bedroom and bathroom, a large open plan lounge and dining area 10 m x 5 m with extendable dining table table seating up to 12/16 people. There is also a Kitchen/Diner with dining table seating 4 This house we can also put in a day bed for one. Sleeps 6/7. Depending on what sleeping arrangements you'd like either with or without sofa beds will determine how may houses you will need to rent. The base price is for 2 houses, Cedar house and the Arthouse is based on 12 persons. However if you want the price for 3 houses the price is based on 16 people. If you wish to utilise the two extra days beds, there will be an extra charge for this.
    Lovely Part of Canterbury. We are located 5-10 minutes walk to town, Canterbury West mainline railway station is 5 minutes walk away. There is a Sainsbury's local supermarket less than 5 Minutes walk away and we have two pubs less than 10 minutes walk away. There is free secure parking on site for up to 5 cars

A quelques pas du Fort Vauban, le "Mont Saint Michel" des Hauts d France, vous profiterez d'un panorama dépaysant pour vos vacances. La propriétaire, très disponible, se fera un plaisir de vous conseiller pour les bonnes adresses, notamment les restaurants sympathiques de la région, et les belles randonnées pédestres.
    La localisation de la villa est unique au milieu de la,digue avec un accès direct à la plage face à la villa. Elle est au cœur du site des 2 Caps dans un village de pêcheur au charme désuet qui vous promet calme et dépaysements à quelques minutes seulement en voiture de la station balnéaire plus animée de Wimereux et de son golf au coeur des dunes et vue mer.

Boulogne-sur-Mer is and will of course remain a coastal city, so you can also go here for long beach walks and water sports. But the favorite sport of the Boulonnais, of course, remains sailing a sail truck, also known as beach sailing. This new holiday suite for 6 people features 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds (that can be transformed to a double bed) and one with a bunk bed for 2 people. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts and has a pleasant living room with flat screen television and a spacious balcony. If the park regulations are breached, 50% of the deposit will not be reimbursed (for example, when you park at the site instead of the car park, when driving faster than the maximum permitted speed, etc.).     The villa is located in an authentic seaside village, 100m from the beach. We invite you to spend an unforgettable stay in our villa dating from 1913 and realized by the architects Godefroy and Morisset. Lulled by the sweetness of life of this picturesque village, you will enjoy the countless riches of the region. You will discover Fort Vauban (5 min walk), the flora and fauna of the beautiful bay of Slack (5min), the site of the 2 caps. Located next to the Golf de Wimereux
    The Villa has been totally renovated (end of works 2017). It has a living room with a cozy atmosphere and a new fully equipped kitchen. It includes 4 spacious rooms with sea view as well as two large bathrooms equipped with showers and baths in the old style. A beautiful garden surrounded by stone walls will allow you to relax away from the wind on a large terrace or enjoy the grills prepared on the BBQ.
    Ambleteuse is a very typical village of the opal coast which is characterized by its numerous villas of style 1900. It is located in the middle of the site of the two caps and close to the towns of Wimereux (5min) and Boulogne sur mer (13min) . Close to shops and emblematic places of the coast of opal, this small seaside town with the peaceful paces will make the happiness of the enthusiasts of nature, rest and gastronomy without forgetting sportsmen who will find there their account.

Idéalement placé entre Wimereux et le cap Blanc nez, vous serez au départ de très jolies balades à pieds ou en vélo, dans cette belle région de la cote d'opale.
    Cette maison est notre havre de paix et nous en profitons des que nos emplois du temps nous le permettent. A chaque locataire nous communiquons une liste des activités à faire ou des restaurant à essayer au alentour de la maison.
