I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. Comenzaremos temprano por la mañana, los buscaremos por el alojamiento donde estén alojados. Visitaremos tres bodegas en total en Luján de Cuyo. Elegimos las bodegas cuidadosamente para brindar la mejor experiencia, tratamos de escapar de las bodegas con mucho marketing para poder ofrecer la mejor experiencia privada. Buscamos bodegas con la mejor calidad humana y con una gran variedad de vinos para ofrecer con la mejor calidad. Cada bodega es diferente a la otra para que no dejen de sorprenderse en cada lugar. Tendremos un almuerzo que incluye bebida, entrada, plato principal y postre, todo maridado con vinos diferentes. Después de esto, volveremos a nuestra querida ciudad. Tendremos un día maravilloso lleno de aprendizaje, los lugares que visitaremos realmente son muy bien seleccionados para que tengas la mejor experiencia. I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. On the first day: * 9 am - you meet the horses and we start preparing them for the ride. You will learn how to brush them, saddle them up, communicate with them and understand. * 10 am - we get on the horses and start our journey, riding through the camp. We will follow narrow paths, dry riverbeds, go up and down steep slopes, most likely see some wild horses and cattle as we go deeper into the mountains. We will pass through big rocks viewpoint, where you can go up and admire Potrerillos Lake in the distance. * 12.30 pm - 2pm lunch break at the crashed airplane site in the mountains. We unsaddle the horses, let them graze for an hour, while we enjoy our sandwiches. * 2 pm - we get the horses ready and continue onto the most challenging as well as exciting part of the journey. We climb up to 2200m and ride on the mountain ridge. We see the lake on one side and the majestic 5000-6000m peaks of Cordon del Plata National Park on the other side. * 5 pm - we arrive at our accommodation in Las Vegas, a traditional gaucho house. You have time to rest, before dinner. * 7 pm - Argentinian barbecue (asado) is served. Second day: * 9 am - after breakfast, we start our day again by preparing the horses. * 10 am - we leave Las Vegas and start climbing up the mountains, taking different path back to our terrain where we started the day before. * 1 pm - lunch break * 4pm - back on farm

Si disfrutas el senderismo, podemos hacer una caminata por los cerros de la Cordillera de los Andes, la Cascada del Ángel es nuestra opción favorita. Cabalgata en el atardecer, involucra una experiencia distinta, rodeado de naturaleza y animales. Prepara tu caballo; cabalga en el lejano oeste de argentina, y en la mitad del recorrido, será momento de ayudar al gaucho a buscar leña, hacer el fuego y aprender a realizar un asado rústico en el medio del campo con sólo un cuchillo y pan. La jornada termina luego de cuatro horas de cabalgata.

Esta mágica y llena de secretos es una experiencia de 12 horas reloj con 5 horas de paradas y 7 horas arriba del auto. Tendrás explicación personalizada mientras paseas por pueblos de Los Andes, Potrerillos, Uspallata, Penitentes (centro de Ski), Puente del Inca y Parque Aconcagua. Conocerás escondites con secretos a la vista del camino, donde podrás emocionarte al encontrar arte rupestre de los Incas en su paso por nuestra tierra, en petroglifos a metros de ti. Llegaremos al famoso Puente del Inca, Puente Natural de origen biomineral sobre el río Cuevas y está incluido en el sistema vial andino “Qhapac Ñan” –Camino del Inca- y por lo tanto integra un sitio declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco. Luego pararemos en el Parque Provincial Aconcagua, admirando el punto más alto de la Cordillera de Los Andes en América. Entre las 14 y las 15:30 almorzaremos 6 empanadas invitada por nosotros, y pueden probar lo que ofrece un restaurante de la zona si lo deseas asumir a tu cargo. Emprenderemos el regreso a la Ciudad contemplando el cambio de color del Río Mendoza al pasar por diferentes afluentes, vamos a apreciar las diferentes formaciones geológicas. Salimos 7 AM para aprovechar a conocer todos los sitios planeados y volver con horas del luz al centro de Mendoza, recorriendo 400 km aproximadamente. No hay experiencia más completa en Mendoza en un sólo día

Conoceremos y dibujaremos en el cielo, a través de un puntero láser, las constelaciones visibles en la noche de la actividad, aprendiendo sus historias y hablaremos de las constelaciones de nuestros ancestros. Para mayor deleite estará a disposición un telescopio por el cual se observarán los cuerpos Celestes más significativos de la noche, dando a conocer que son, cómo se formaron, en dónde se encuentran, cómo ser galaxias, cúmulos estelares, nebulosas y planetas. Duración aproximada. 1 y media horas. Otros aspectos destacables: Degustación de exquisito vino de bodegas mendocinas. La actividad está supeditada a las condiciones climáticas. Si al momento de reservar las mismas no ameritan, pasará al siguiente día. De haber reservado y las condiciones climáticas no favorables continuaran hasta el último día de estadía (previa presentación de constancia), se devolverá la reserva.
