“I love this park... it's like Bainbridge's Central Park. It's a two mile long rectangular plot of land with a trail that's great for running and walking. There's an amazing playground, ball fields, a beautiful pond and even an observatory. Recently, they added Frisbee baseball nets if you play that sport. It's a great place to go to get out of the woods and get some light. ”

“Take a drive on the south side of the island by visiting Point White Dock. On your way, you'll see gorgeous homes along our southern beach, views of Mt. Rainer, etc. Drive slow, be mindful of the locals. Park at Point White and walk out on the dock to take in the views. ”

自然散策路

Mountain
“From the north viewpoint you’ll take in the Hood Canal Bridge, Mount Baker and a swath of the Cascades extending into British Columbia. Turn left and enjoy the sweep of the north end of the eastern Olympics – Constance, Warrior, Welch Peaks and Townsend. The south viewpoint gives you the long view down the Hood Canal, to Mounts Rainier and St. Helens and the comparatively puny man-made scenery of the Seattle and Tacoma skylines. Winter hikers might need snowshoes or microspikes. Some will trudge up totting cross country skis and double pole their way down the snow covered road.”
