This is a great setting for a couple or single person, as well as those work travelers -- and there are plenty of things to do in the area, whether walking or driving to towns in the Hampton Roads area. Just ask me for ideas if you need them.
A double bed is provided and two futons, primarily for lounging, one of which is located in the open area of the apartment, and the other is situated in the additional large nook and closet area.
Historic Hilton Village celebrated 100 years in 1918! This is a one-of-a-kind community located along the James River. The English cottage architecture is unique in the states and this delightful area has strong community roots, sidewalks, large massive trees, and a “Norman Rockwell” feel, with residents often pitching in to help others or to organize events. Four churches anchor the immediate historic area, and a beautiful library is nearby, along with one of the best elementary schools in the state where you'll find a small beach and fishing pier. If desired, one can walk and bike for miles while never getting on the main road. Yet, we are a walking distance from merchants and upscale dining facilities.
