And two other bedrooms are designed to host guests comfortably with queen size beds. Great care has been taken to ensure your comfortable stay by provided MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES on each bed. This home is NEW construction on a new street. Located within a quarter mile from a new elementary school (Parkview Elementary) which has open access to playground equipment, basketball courts and more. Inside the home we try to have everything you might need during your stay. We include ALL linens, travel toiletries, cooking supplies, etc. SMART TVs in the living room and master bedroom with Roku apps as well as LOCAL channels. There is also a KEURIG coffee maker with K-cup coffee pods.

We have a brand newly built home in a very comfortable neighborhood. There are two private rooms and your own bathroom. We do have a dog on the premise but he is very friendly and loves human attention. You will also have your own key code to get in and out of the house and that will be given to you upon arrival. The property is within walking distance of Mesa elementary school and a there is also a grocery store within a mile of the house. There is also a path to walk on sidewalk from my house to the store. You’ll love my place because the house is located in a culdesac and is in very close proximity to a school and grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunsets are amazing :). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
