Beyond the home, you’ll find hidden trails through the dunes to deserted, private beaches. Located in an ecological conservation reserve and world-class residential estate Sunrise at 1770, the home affords holiday guests privacy and quiet serenity for a deeply relaxing escape.

"Dunes" is set across three tiered levels to best capture the panoramic ocean views from each bedroom. A grand breezeway connects the bedrooms to the central hub of the home, an airy, open living area and dining space complete with a contemporary, fully self-contained chef’s kitchen and butler’s pantry. The TV area glass doors open fully to incorporate with the spacious rear balcony. The deck overlooks a seemingly endless expanse of sapphire blue, a tranquil setting for special moments with your loved ones.
The warmth of the surroundings is reflected in the colours and décor selected for the home, which work to soothe the soul and calm the senses.

Dunes enjoys access to Sunrise at 1770’s world-class facilities, including 2 x 25m infinity pools overlooking the ocean, BBQs, tennis courts (bring your racquets and balls), volleyball court, basketball ring, children’s playground and 0.5m shaded wading pool for little ones. Sunrise at 1770 also enjoys private access to 4 beaches including Springs Beach (voted Australia's best beach), Sunrise Beach, China Beach and Red Rock Beach. The estate pools and beach access tracks are approximately 1 minute’s drive from Dunes (it is a very large estate with a few steep hills). Sunrise at 1770 is located a short 5-minute drive from the centre of boho Agnes Water where numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery shops and boutique stores are located, and a 10-minute drive from Town of 1770 marina where trips to the Great Barrier Reef depart.

We personally meet our guests at the entrance roundabout at 552 Springs Road. From there we drive through the gates and to the home, show map for directions and hand over the keys.
