We promised Clean, comfortable & relaxing place to stay, all the bedsheet, comforter sheet etc changes after guest check out.
Can
see layers o mountain (if weather is good, no midst).
This apmt can fix for mac 8 pax, 6 adult 2 kids is ideal pax because only 2 batchroom.
Around Rm60 per pax you can own a comfortable apartment.
Eventhough without breakfast but we do provide adequate cooking utensils for you to prepare simple breakfast.

Solely depend on Data plan,Celcom and Digi is stronger.
We provided Cooking utensils:
Microwaze
Gas stove or induction cooker with basic pots & pan, rice cooker & kettle.
1 spadula and ladle.
Kitchen ware each guest 1 set each of cup, plate & bowls,spoon and,fork for 8 pax
Masteroom 2 Queen bed.
2nd room also 2 Queen bed.
Balcony view is fantastic.
This unit is located 2nd floor with lift(only 1 lift available,in case of lift spoil,you have to use staircase)
Silverpark located 1 of the top hill,therefore eventhtough is 2nd floor but the view is good,no blocking.
You can see both jungle and mountain view

BBQ pix is available at apartment compound but you have to pay Rm50 to JMB(building management)
Please bring own equipment including charcoal and netting.
No BBQ at the apmt Balcony

This is private apartment, no "in house" party is allowed, ps lower down the noise esp after 11pm.
Water Boiller is like kettle, takes time to boil/generate hot water.
Please give 5 to 10 min for boiler to generate hot water after the 2nd one done the shower.(normal shower)
