Large private lounge with kitchenette (microwave and sink but no stove) opening onto big sunny deck. Two rooms (one with comfortable queen size bed, other has 2 singles), both have wardrobe and heat pump.
We provide linen and towels. Breakfast is basic continental - variety of cereals, milk, yoghurt, bread for toast, butter and spreads.

Our house is in the country, on a small farm with horses, calves and chickens, and our neighbours have sheep and cattle. You are welcome to explore our garden. Most of our wooden fences have an electric wire on the paddock side to be aware of if you are leaning on the fence.
The kitchenette has a sink, small bench, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and jug, with all the necessary cutlery, crockery, glassware, mugs, and some cooking bowls and implements.

Convenient location, but off the road far enough to be quiet. Our neighbours are all quiet, and friendly if you ever see them. They have cattle, sheep and horses you can see from our property.
