This four bed self-contained spacious studio unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, private bathroom and one queen bed, one fold out sofa-bed, and one single high rise bed. Near Motueka Township, Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Park as well as many popular beaches, rivers, wineries and other tourist attractions are nearby. Tasman's Great Taste Trail (cycle trail) passes the property (so bring your bikes) and the iconic Riverside Cafe (closed in Winter) is 50 metres down the path.

The Riverside Sojourn offers two fully self-contained studio units (Kereru Studio and Tui Studio Plus) with private bathrooms, balconies and separate entrances. Located in tranquil Lower Moutere, 7km from Motueka Township, the property is the perfect base for exploring the top of the South Island and the Nelson region.
Abel Tasman Park, Kahurangi National Park, Tasman's Great Taste Trail (Cycle Trail) are all nearby and many beautiful beaches, rivers, mountains, wineries and 'Lord of the Rings' film locations lay all within half an hour or less from the Sojourn's doorstep.
The iconic Riverside Cafe (closed in Winter), a 150 year old homestead, which today serves delicious breakfast and lunch options, is only 50 metres down the path and daily fresh farm milk is available from Riverside Milk's vending machine half a minute walk away. A small art gallery, impressive cacti collection, a venue for weddings and regular wellness classes as well as a mechanics workshop are also on hand.
Walks around the village-like grounds will take you passed the community's play ground and along gently rolling land to sea coast views. If you fancy exploring Riverside's more or are interested in the Community's history, check in with Kathy, Lisa or Colin.
