Neighborhood isn't fancy but the privacy we offer is unique..pets MUST be attended to and not left alone for long periods of time..QUIET is essential! Firepit may be used but must be out by 9 P.M...outside light must be turned off also..

Will is a mostly retired marriage/family therapist..Was director of the Santa Maria Valley Youth and Family Center for almost 40 years and now just works a few hours a week at same place.. We raised his 2 sons here and they have flown the nest>.I continue to run my own hair salon ..a one operator shop in Shell Beach closeby..I love gardening and our unit is right in the middle of our vacation rental which sat empty for several years [except for once a year (Website hidden by Airbnb) the airbnb idea was suggested to us one night at our firepit and here we are enjoying wonderful people who love the tranquility and flowers!! What could be better?? We are golfers so like to get out early on the days it works for us..I previously was a horse owner and loved that but the losses were huge for me..golf clubs don't have feelings! smile..We love good food and wine and great people!! This business has allowed for all of that!
