The Parkinsel is probably the most beautiful part of Ludwigshafen with almost exclusively one-family houses. The city park invites you to go for a walk and jog. In general, there is plenty of greenery and it is very quiet. By bicycle or by bus you can reach the inner city of Mannheim and Ludwigshafen in just a few minutes, easy access to BASF.

Ich bin ein unkomplizierter, geselliger und gastfreundlicher Mensch. Das Vermieten der Zimmer in meinem Elternhaus macht mir viel Freude. Zusammen mit meinem Sohn Jonas, der im EG wohnt, kümmere ich mich darum, dass alles in Ordnung bleibt und immer noch ein bißchen angenehmer wird.
