This beautiful and comfortable villa offers great views of the Aegean Sea and it is just a stone's throw away from the beach. Spacious, bright, fully air-conditioned and fully equipped this stylish house offers everything you need during your holiday.

The villa is designed in a modern and minimal style. A lot of care and effort has been made in order to build the house and furnish it.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom offering a queen size bed, a great view to the sea, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with an enclosed shower cabin. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a large wardrobe and bedroom 3 has a king size bed and a large wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a large bathroom which has a bath tub.
The ground floor is split in 2 levels with an open plan fully fitted kitchen, dining area for 8 people and the living room area with 2 large and comfortable sofas, sat TV, dvd player etc.
On the ground floor, there is also a WC and a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and a steam iron.
Outside, there is a patio with a comfortable sofa to enjoy a drink and the yard accommodates a large wooden table with plenty of space for up to 8 people in order to enjoy dinner in the open air. A gas barbecue is also located in the yard.
