I'm offering this as a "host yourself" kind of a get-away.
We often have guests leaving immediately before you arrive, and I'm out of town, so I'm kind of crossing my fingers that they'll leave it tidy! If you like to agree to do a fairly thorough clean-up at checkout (vacuum, wipe-down, dust, etc), then we'd be happy to offer you a discount equivalent to the cleaning fee!
