This condo is simply gorgeous with a 'drop dead' beautiful glassed in shower and soaker tub in the master en-suite bedroom, with a beautiful marble his and hers vanity and a private closet for the toilet. The kitchen area is also wonderful with a full size refrigerator, table top oven, all utensils and glasses etc. and a private balcony with a perfect view of the pool below. The condo features air conditioning, and also includes a large built in flat screen TV . The unit is 100% Wi-Fi at no cost. There is a great rooftop with a shade pergola and a great sun rise or sun set view of Cancun. Lool Beh is within 1-2 miles of each world class beach that Isla features and about 1 mile from Garrafon Park, where you can swim with dolphins, try zip line flying, snorkeling etc. Something for everyone.
The kitchen is supplied with all the equipment you need to make this your home away from home. The balcony has comfortable chairs to relax in. The TV has a Roku stick so you can watch your favorite Netflix shows.

The location is in the centre part of the island away from the noise of the commercial district. You are steps away from the main road where you can hail a taxi anytime of the day or night for only 10 to 20 pesos a person. You are a 10 minute walk from Chedraui (the Walmart of Mexico) and you are a 15 minute walk from Lancheros beach. A short taxi ride to the south brings you to Garrafon Park where you can buy a day pass and live like a king (all inclusive food, drink, zipline, snorkeling, kayaking). Here you are living with the locals so it's the experience of true Mexico but quick to arrive at those touristy attractions that will entertain you. Please note this is a local neighbourhood in the centre of the island, this neighbourhood is a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. There may be typical things you might expect in a local neighbourhood like local children, the odd stray dog, and occasionally litter in the streets. If these things bother you then this place is not for you.
