Located in the heart of The Gold Triangle of Ashrafieh – one of the oldest and most distinguished areas of Beirut – this charming artist's apartment from the '60s was fully renovated and redesigned in 2005, and was even featured in several local deco magazines. We have since added noticeable interior design touches, decorating the apartment with striking foliage, artworks by local artists - mainly host Benoît Debbané - and original designer furniture.

The 240 sqm modern industrial loft-style apartment with high ceilings offers exceptional natural light throughout the day and a lot of space, giving you plenty of room to breathe and feel calm and at peace. It is fully equipped in every way to provide you with all the comfort and luxury you may need.

The master BR #1 includes a king sized bed, deluxe bathroom, balcony with stepper machine, double glazed windows and a city view.

The master BR #2 has a queen sized bed and includes a walk-in closet, deluxe bathroom, and balcony with city view.

The deluxe BR #3 has a king sized bed, a reading area, and includes a balcony with double glazed windows and a city view.

The open living room and dining space also share a balcony encircled with beautiful tall Ficus plants. It is furnished with the comfortable signature Mougue Smala sofa bed, six Philippe Starck Louis Ghost Chairs along a large square dining table and a widescreen TV for those days and nights when you just want to kick back and relax.

The open-plan kitchen is defined by a central bar with three Yasu Sasamoto stools, and is equipped with all the kitchen appliances and cooking utensils you may need, making you feel right at home.

The apartment also constitutes a guest WC, a washing room, three attics and a storage room.

The 11-floor building offers a 24/7 doorman who is on guard to help with every and any need you may have.

Our neighborhood, although central, is extremely quiet due to its luxurious residential nature.
This is by far one of the most distinguished districts of Ashrafieh, which is why it is called Gold Triangle and is normally ultra-safe due to 24/7 security guarding.

The location comes at the intersection between Chehade / Furn al Hayek / Abdel Wahab streets known for their high-end jewelry, designer boutiques as well as art and design galleries.

Five of the top international cuisine restaurants / bistrots are also under two minutes of walking distance - Bab Sharqi ‘Le Jardin’ / Liza / Mayass / Bread Republic / Tsunami.

One of the advantages of renting central is being able to enjoy a city's nightlife - true. However being able to go home to enjoy quiet nights of sleep after that is even more of a privilege.

You're probably wondering by now how far you'd be from Monot / Gouraud aka Gemayzé / Mar Mikhael and Armenia streets famous for all their trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Relax - you will need under 10-15 min by foot or 5-7 min by car depending on traffic to reach any of them - how awesome is that!
