Ross's Retreat Located on the Northwest River branch of the ICW offers Four Unique Lodging Options. The Captains Quarters is our largest Private Access Studio Apartment available and is on the the Ground Floor of the main House, This Pool Side Suite has its own Kitchen and spacious on-suite Bath Guests will also have access to gym, 2nd floor Veranda, Lanai and Sundeck. You can reserve time to Canoe, or Kayak, on premise.

Ross's Retreat is private access, surround by water and nestled in the woods adjacent to the waterways draw bridge. Watch boaters and Luxury Yachts pass by from the resorts expansive decks as they migrate north and south with the change of seasons. Close proximity to Virginia Beach Sports Plex and Amphitheater. Guest pets are not allowed on the premises however there is a great Kennel/Boarding facility just 2 miles from our property for those guests traveling with pets Called Sterling Meadows or you can also check out Ballypinesdogranch.com

The owners Chuck and Kathy Ross live on the premise and will greet all guest at check in and provide a facility tour and access codes for your private suite. Guests will have access to the Pool Area, Hot Tub Sauna and use of the Resorts Gym, Screened Lanai and Sundecks, It’s a 20 minute drive to local beaches and the Virginia Beach Resort Area. Chuck and Kathy can be your Concierge and provide info on local activities and sites as well as provide water sport activities on site such as Canoe, Kayak, Paddle Board, and Fishing.
