Bed and Breakfast in Luachra Lodges' Lilac Room
Hi everyone, I'm living a quiet life in the country after retiring from a busy job and I would love to meet new people, I've a passion for cooking and I've completed a certified cookery course at the famous Ballymaloe cookery school - all organic and locally sourced. My new home is beside our farm where my husband Mike and I have beef cattle and recently acquired lambs and hens. The new polytunnel is growing all organic veg and herbs. I love to cook for friends and sitting around the table chatting, having the craic and sharing our home is very satisfying. I have two adult children who are travelling and I miss them but they return home with all their interesting stories and experiences.... Now I'll have plenty to tell them too!! All our rooms are ensuite with towels and toiletries supplied. Breakfast is served at the large kitchen table in our kitchen. Evening meals can be cooked on request. We can help with travel information and recommendations. You are all very welcome to our home. I'm a glass half full type person, love new experiences so bring it on .... and I look forward to meeting you all!!
