This is a magnificent one bedroom condo with two beautiful bathrooms, the Master bedroom with a large fancy walk in shower, and the other bathroom with large walk in shower, right on the Sea of Cortez at the Villas De Cortez in the Van Wormer Resorts. Walk out your sliding glass door and you are steps to the pool. Then down a few steps to the Sea of Cortez. First floor units are a big plus in this building, since you do not have to use stairs or elevator to access pool area.

Location of this building is in a perfect location, since you can WALK to the Heart of Los Barriles in minutes. Two grocery stores are very close as well as many great, inexpensive restaurants. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

I am a retired dentist who loves the mountains and the ocean. I fell in love with Los Barriles a few years ago, and therefore bought this beautiful condo for use by my family and friends. I hope you enjoy this low key area as much as I do.
