The whole structure is built with natural materials and eco-friendly wood only from forests managed according to sustainability criteria.
All materials used are 100% biodegradable and provide a CO2 neutral.
The technological systems ensure comfort and high quality thanks to the continuous change of air and the air conditioning in summer and winter. The air-conditioned building and the production of sanitary hot water is left to a high-efficiency heat pump which by its nature takes over 60% of the energy needed to run it from the environment. Inside the cover has an integrated photovoltaic system of sufficient size that allows the production of electrical energy to power the generator and the loads of the electrical installation.
