This darling lil apartment is pretty well lit with rustic appeal and a large fenced yard. Location, location, location...On the river trail, just a hop, skip & a jump to downtown, the University, St. Pats hospital, brewery, bakery & grocery within a mile. ***Also, this Airbnb is dog friendly to friendly dogs, but THEY MUST BE DISCLOSED PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION.

This ground level apartment is pretty well lit with natural light. It stays nice and cool, even in the heat of summer. Its cozy and comfortable and cute, and should have everything you need.
My girlfriend and I and our 2 friendly dogs live in the house above the apartment. Within reason, we do our best to be conscious of our guests below and keep the upstairs commotion to a minimum.
FYI - This apartment is perfectly sized/best suited for couples and solo travelers. One to two guests is the preferred number. It can accommodate additional guests or children, but it is cramped. There is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $25 per person beyond two guests.
Your well behaved, non-destructive, non-barky, plays-well-with-others, friendly kinda dog is welcome here, but IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DISCLOSE THEM PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION. I just ask that people pick up after them and put an available dog-sheet down over the comforter to manage for dog fur. The yard is fenced.
There are a couple cruiser bikes available to you, at your own risk of course.

There is NO access from South 1st Street West. Access is from the back of the house where there is off street parking in the alley. Space available for one vehicle, tucked into the corner of the privacy fence. All additional spaces in the alley belong to my neighbors, so please DO NOT park there, but there is plenty more parking in the culdesac of Hickory Street, adjacent to the alley, one house down.
The side and front of the house is our personal space, so please respect that and confine your activities to the back area.

Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors, and they will be respectful of you. They are very nice people.
