A private, stylish light filled space perfect for a couple or two singles seeking to enjoy all that Sunshine Beach has to offer - magnificent beach, award winning restaurants, coffee shops, convenience store and bottle shops and a Surf Club offering gorgeous views, meals and live music on Sunday afternoons.
A microwave, kettle and toaster together with a small fridge are provided for your use along with crockery, cutlery and utensils. Also included are a selection of complimentary teas, plunger coffee and a Lavazza coffee machine.
Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean and wake to native birds and all that beautiful Sunshine Beach has to offer.

You have your own private entrance and your space is totally separate from the villa upstairs. Relax in the small courtyard which offers an outdoor setting and barbecue. You also have access to the secluded pool area in the complex for sunbathing and swimming, with beach towels provided. A 1 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bottle shops and a well stocked convenience store and a 2 minute walk to the patrolled beach and Surf Club.

The space is situated within a very private, gated complex of 10 Villas and is in an extremely quiet neighbourhood. It is not suitable for entertaining and guests are expected to respect the quiet enjoyment of other Villa residents at all times.
