Our nice 3 bedrooms apartment 'Térmica' is located south east of Malaga city only 200m from the beach, with public bus at the door and only few minutes walk to the closest Metro station - Palacio de los Deportes.(750m) Great choice as the holiday home is located is a quiet area but still offers bars, the beach, restaurants, easy access to the highway and open spaces for nice walks close to the sea. With the bus nr 7 you will be in the center of Málaga in more or less 15-20 minutes or if you prefer walking beside the sea, it is more or less 5 kms so you can visit the Picasso Museum, Malaga Cathedral, Atarazanas Market, old town, etc. Should you have time for shopping don´t miss one of Málaga´s biggest shopping centers Plaza Mayor. You can take the train from Victoria Kent station, around 2 kms from the apartment. It goes directly. This is also the same train that you can take if you arrive by plane and if you also want to visit Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benálmadena etc. It is a local area which means that you will be surrounded by locals. Restaurants and bars will be much cheaper.
The 1st floor apartment offers 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) 2 bathrooms, which one of the them is in suite. Fully equipped kitchen also with dishwasher, shared pool with salt water (also a small pool for children) and garden. A playground for the kids is also available in the complex at the pool area. Parking spot nr 110 under the building is exclusive for you and you access with a remote controller which will be provided. It is easy to find the spot as the garage only has one floor. The terrace offers pool view. Should it be a bit hot, all rooms are provided with fans. TV, WiFi, microwave, wash machine are other amenities that are also provided.
Pool opening hours:
June 1st - June 16th: only weekends from 12pm to 8pm
June 17th - June 30th: all days from 12pm to 8pm
July and August: all days from 11am to 9pm
September: depends of the weather
The pool is 22m long and 11m wide. 1,70m deep
To access the pool you will have 1 card per guest. In case you lose it, it has an extra cost of €6.00 per card.
Pets are accepted. € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet KitRules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice.
Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21.00, you will have to pay a supplement of 30 euros from 21 to 24 hours and 50 euros from 24 hours.
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga) for Check-in is done in our office.Please do not forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit of 150 euros will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
Extra fee of electricity: € 5.00/per day. Payable on arrival.
