Our home offers 2 large bedrooms and a spare guest room, a modern bathroom and a spacious lounge area. The large kitchen has quality SMEG appliances including a fridge, microwave, gas cooktop and oven. Bedrooms: The property is adequately fitted with 3 spacious bedrooms. All are fitted with hotel quality linen and cleaned to a professionally high standard.

Bedrooms 1 - The main bedroom on the left, upon entrance, hosts a queen size bed, with a rug, bedside table with lamp, 2 large freestanding wardrobes, study/computer desk, reverse cycle airconditioning and a 2-seater couch

Bedroom 2 - This space also hosts a queen-size bed with free-standing drawers for clothes storage and a clothing rack. The room is also fitted with reverse cycle airconditioning, a study/work desk and a single lounge chair.

Living Room:

The living space hosts a 2.5 seater and a 3 seater lounge perfectly positioned in front of the wood-burning fireplace (with safety gate) and 55” EKO HD smart TV. You’ll appreciate the artesian vibe décor and perhaps a bit hungry looking through the wine and cookbook material placed upon the cupboard for your entertainment.

Kitchen/Laundry:

The kitchen is stocked with standard appliances and utensils you will need for a short or long term stay. Right at the end of the kitchen is a laundry space, with a 7kg washing machine, free for guests to use. The clothesline is located in the backyard.

Patio area/Backyard:

Flowing through from the kitchen you’ll find access to the undercover patio area with a 6-seater dining table, outdoor bench and firepit. The backyard has plenty of space for the kids to play freely and safely as it’s completely fenced off.

Bathroom/s:

Just off from the kitchen is the modern and clean, shared bathroom. This space provides a toilet, a large shower recess with hot water and a vanity with a sink and mirror. There are also ceiling heaters to warm you up for those extra cool mornings. There is also a separate toilet towards the back of the house

Transport from Airport:

- 56 min (77 km) via the M2 (depending on traffic) by rideshare (approx $113 - $150 dollars)
- The Adelaide Metro rail service from Adelaide to Gawler Central operates a regular service 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For more information please visit the Adelaide Metro website.

LinkSA operates a daily bus service that connects the Barossa with the Adelaide Metro public transport service via the Gawler Railway Station. Check out the Angaston to Gawler/Evanston Timetable or visit the LinkSA website for more information.

Parking:

There is free street parking right outside the property, however, this is not a dedicated space for guests so may be used by the general public. There is a space next to the property however the curb is not rounded, therefore it would be difficult for non-4WD vehicles to mount the kerb to park in this space. Please do so at your own risk.

Heating/Cooling:

Throughout all the seasons, you’ll always feel comfortable at Mainstreet Manor with a reverse cycle airconditioners system pumping hot or cold air into both the bedrooms. There is also a fireplace in the living room for the cooler months, a wall heater in the kitchen and spare fans, and heaters in the rear room just off the kitchen.

Baby Essentials:

We recommend any families travelling with babies or small children bring their own baby sheets. With enough notice, we may be able to provide a high chair and a port-a-cot. If we’re able to accommodate you in any way please let us know.
