The Villa de Món will be transformed into a co-working villa from September to the end of April. Here you rent a room for at least 30 days in a professional working environment among like-minded digital nomads, with super-fast internet via fiber optic internet, your own bathroom and you are right in front of the sea.

Beautiful, high-quality furnished villa in the first sea line on a corner plot of approx. 600 sqm with a fantastic view of the bay of Cala Magrana and the sea. The garden is laid out with a pool, Mediterranean plants and palm trees, BBQ with summer kitchen, as well as an uncovered, a covered and a partially covered terrace.
Premises: The villa extends over three floors.
There is a garage on the lowest level that cannot be rented. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, gas stove, oven and access to the 50 m2 sun deck. The bathrooms have tubs or showers and bidés.
The entrance area is on the middle floor - from there an open staircase leads up to the other rooms. The well-equipped fitted kitchen comes with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. The noble living-dining room with air conditioning and fireplace exudes stately charm.
From the living area you can access a 50 sqm partly covered sun terrace. On this floor there is a bedroom with a shower room. On the upper floor there is a covered terrace and three bedrooms with two more bathrooms.

Within walking distance are shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach (500 m). There are four bays and three beaches, as well as the Dragon Cave, within walking distance. It is around 65 km to Palma Airport.
