Hi everyone,
Whats most amazing about this apartment is the location...ok, i think ill say that one more time, LOCATION! Its right off the corner from the Duomo, only 100 meters

------------------- DETAILS ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
- it is a regular standard apartment. A matrimony bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed is in the living room. You are free to use the sofa, but the sofabed would apply only for the third or fourth guest.
- air conditioning/heating is included. no cheap fan's, real air conditioning and real heating in each room of the apartment.
- there is 1 bathroom. You can view them in the photos.
- the apt. is on 2nd floor. the entrance to the apt. is private, meaning it connects directly from the street to the apt.
- the apt. includes 2 televisions, 1 large one in the living room and another one by the bed.
- yes, there is wifi and yes, there is a fully equipped kitchen. i really don't like to do any cooking so the stove and oven are like new and have probably been used no more than 2-3 times this entire time.
- the apartment does include a washer that you are free to use.
- there is a small supermarket in front of the apt. - helps a lot!
- aside from the huge Duomo right next to you, there's also the Academia Italiana (where the original DAVID is located) in the next street parallel to Via Servi. And at the end of Via Servi, there is Piazza Santissima Annunciata (another famous church).
- also, please note that some of the things that you see in the photos such as the food in the fridge, or clothes in the closet or little objects here and there, are not included in the apartment. (I took these photos while I was still living there.) But all of the main furniture you see, the table, the chairs, the kitchen, the sofabed, the closet, etc etc, WILL be there when you arrive, no worries :)
