You will have access to the entire condo as well as the shared roof deck with gas grill, outdoor sofa and 6 person table.

The condo is located on Clementina Street. On one end there are brand new luxury apartments and 5th street which leads up to Market street and Union Square. On the other end is 6th street which is more gritty and should generally be avoided at night.
There is no parking included in the lease. There is a parking lot located 1 block away that has daily or monthy rental available. There is free street parking in front of the apartment until shelter in place restrictions are lifted but it will need to me moved twice a week for street sweeping.

SoMa is a dynamic neighborhood with some great hidden gem restaurants and bars I'm happy to share with you. It used to be more industrial and is now a hub for tech startups, new residences and restaurants. As with many neighborhoods in San Francisco, there are the occasional homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk, but it is safe as long as you avoid the area around 6th and market.
