This beautiful and large house will allow you to be ideally located to visit the region and especially the Dday beaches.
His little story:
Dating from the early 1800s, it was once with the other houses on the street a farm in the heart of the village of Nonant. The materials (typical "tommette" of the region, walls, beams, fireplace) date from this time.Located in the heart of the village, you can park in a large car park in the town only 10 meters from the house.
The house has a courtyard of 90m² with garden furniture for 8 people and barbecue. This yard is shared with our second house for rent on Nonant (NB : opportunity for anyone to search a property for until 14 persons !).
We put at your disposal a secure device allowing you to facilitate your entry into the house at the time of your arrival. We use this system for many years with great reliability and guarantees your satisfaction. A message specifying the terms of access will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.
The ground floor consists of an entrance, then a large living room of 55m ² with a large open kitchen very well equipped and a very warm living room. One of the two sofas is convertible, as it has a mattress of very good quality, our customers are satisfied with this double bed. It is quite possible to use the fireplace (works with logs). Finally a WC and a laundry complete this ground floor.
Access to the floor is by a helicoidal staircase, for people requiring access a little easier, we also have an external staircase serving this floor. On this level you will find 3 spacious and bright bedrooms, including a queen size bed and a dressing room. One of these rooms has a bathroom (sink, large shower). Finally a bathroom with large shower and a toilet complete this floor.

The village is very quiet, it is easy to enjoy this charming village (NB: the church rings the hours of day only)
We do not live on site but are at your disposal the time of your stay.
Of course we provide bed sheets and towels, please note that we do not do beds.
The cleaning fee is mandatory.

Around 1910 the farm was sold to another family who made this house the café restaurant of the village, making this house until the 2010s the place of life of Nonant, the facade of the old restaurant is also always present and is protected by the architects of the buildings of France.
At the closing of the restaurant the house was then transformed into an art gallery for a few years, then we bought and renovated it in 2015.
