Located in Cap Blanc, the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. It's ideal for your holidays!
The apartment has a terrace of 33 square meters. You can have breakfast, lunch, dine, sunbathe, relax, play and enjoy the view on the terrace.
The penthouse has three bright rooms two rooms with double bed and one with one single bed, a spacious dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, etc..
Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter.
The living room is bright and spacious. It has a sofa and a armchair to enjoy a nap after lunch or watch TV. It also has a large table where they can eat comfortably 6 people. You can also eat at the terrace's table.... do you know how lovely it is to have dinner under stars?...
The home has a sunshade automation, press a button and you has shade on the terrace anytime. Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter.
Also has a communal pool, course overlooking the sea and the mountain on which the building is constructed. This has a private parking reserved.
There are two ways to access at the beach, by the elevators in the building or by car, is easy to park within the housing development.
