In order to comply with NSW COVID 19 restrictions the swimming pool must remain closed until such time that the restrictions are lifted.
Spacious and extremely clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, open plan living, dining & kitchen plus large balcony, being an upper villa there is no one above you..so no noisy footsteps!
Central location in Pokolbin, there is no need to travel from outer areas!
Linen, towels etc provided.
Fully equipped kitchen, with tea, plunger coffee.

Situated in the beautiful Hunter Valley.
A light and beautifully clean 2 bedroom villa with private balcony with open plan dining and living area.
Hair dryers, iron and ironing board, Foxtel and king sized beds!
All towels and linen provided along with soap, shampoo, extra blankets.
No neighbours on either side, it is a great place to relax out on the balcony and enjoy the sunset!
The villa is located on one level with another below. Our villa catches views through the trees.

The villa is located within the Cypress Lakes Resort but privately owned and cleaned.
We own our villa and use it for holidays whenever we can and we also rent it out to local and international visitors.
Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions there is no access to the private guest pool at this time but private guests have access to the Bar and restaurant located within the resort. There are 90 wineries located within the Hunter Valley Region with award winning restaurants and fantastic golf courses.
Hot Air Ballooning, horse riding and a myriad of activities for everyone. There is the famous Hunter Valley Gardens to visit and explore!

If it is at all possible we can provide an early check in and a late check out unless we have a back to back booking.
The villa has internal stairs to the upper floor so it is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable if small children are not familiar with stairs.
There is an area just as you walk in where you may store your pram or golf clubs.
Although the resort is patrolled by security, please do not leave valuables in your car.

We live south of Sydney so unfortunately we won't be able to meet face to face. Our villa is extremely clean and comfortable and is exactly as the photos show, I am aware having been overseas on holiday, how disappointing it is when you arrive and the property that you have booked is not the same as in the photos. Rest assured ours is!
