Enjoy Hilton Head Island in this 2022 renovated and designer decorated sealoft on 2031 Deer Island in Sea Pines Plantation. Classy coastal chic touches throughout this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath sealoft with a shared Jack/Jill Shower/tub combination. Enjoy views from floor to ceiling windows that extend peek views of Calibogue Sound and the abundance of wildlife adorning the natural landscape. Relax or dine al fresco on the expansive deck, featuring an electric grill.

Within a 3 minute walk, many fine shoppes, restaurants, golf/tennis and entertainment await you in Harbour Town. Your Hilton Head Island escape to enjoy the beaches, bike ride for miles, golf and play tennis or to simply relax should have this cozy, elegant home as your nest. Indoor Living with floor to ceiling windows, 2 Flat Screen Smart TV's and cable, comfortable living room upstairs. We offer Free Wi-Fi. All linens/towels/kitchen towels are provided. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

Sleeping Options: Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Second Bedroom also with a Queen Bed and a single fold out twin bed /chair and a blow up twin mattresses. The outdoor Oasis offers a private deck with outdoor dining area to seat six with a gas grill and a lounge area. The Kitchen is fully equipped and boosts stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

6 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Parking for three vehicles available within driveway with a Sea Pines Plantation Pass fee required per vehicle for admittance onto the Plantation.

The Sea Pines Beach Club is 2 miles from the sealoft and may be accessed by free seasonal trolley, bike or car. The pool access is in South Beach of Sea Pines, 4 miles from the sealoft and is accessible for $15/day or $75/week.

Entry to the sealoft is keyless. The sealoft is accessible by stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
