Our high standing apartment has beautiful views over the Bay of Roses. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large living room, and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.
The kitchen has all modern comforts. A garage for 2 cars is available

The apartment has been recently renovated and has a high quality finish. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a small apartment block with swimming pool. Six people can easily be accommodated and we can provide a cot for small children and high chair. The views across the bay never gets boring. The terrace is large and has a dining corner and lounge chairs.
The apartment is airconditioned and heated in the colder months. A garage for 2 cars is available on the ground floor. A separate space for a washing machine is in the apartment.

What do we love about Roses. I suppose the beautiful sea, the fishing fleet, which leaves port everyday to return in the late afternoon, which is a lovely sight from our terrace. The sunsets. The restaurants and the nice boulevard of Roses.
The nice villages to visit near Roses, such as Cadaques, Figueres with its Dali museum, the National Parks of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls.

Twenty years ago we wanted to buy a house in France for our holidays and we found Le Coustal. We restored first the old farmhouse dated 1870 and this is the place we live in ourselves. Then we started to restore all the other buildings on the property. Many years later we could buy the land of our neighbors and we were able to completely renovate the Maison de Maitre and opening it for guests three years ago. We are originally from the Netherlands, however 12 years ago we moved from Holland to the United Arab Emirates with our daughter Sanne. Nowadays I spend my time between France and the Emirates and together with my daughter Sanne and a dedicated team we take care of our guests in France and Spain, where we also have a family property, hosted by my cousin Gijb.
