This Unit is the Upper Duplex of the Two in this building in a residential neighborhood, tucked off of the main street. It is a short walk to town amenities and Riverfront. Its a Tall building with 2 stairscases inside and outside entry.
Don't do staircases well? The Main floor unit "Bright, Main Level 2-Bed Duplex walk to Riverfront" that has a nice 2-Bedroom Unit as well. Your welcome to check it out!
