This villa has been stylishly renovated and is welcoming you to Parrot-Dise! This stunning one-bedroom villa has been furnished with a luxury coastal decor that is second to none. Conveniently located near the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool house facilities which feature a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, restrooms (each with their own saunas, showers, and changing rooms), and our newly updated fitness center! Sleeping arrangements for your family should be more than comfortable, as the villa has been set up with a large king bed in the master suite and a queen-size convertible couch with memory foam mattress in the living room. The condo also has a huge 55in TV in the living room for a movie night or to watch the big game as well as a large 55in TV in the master suite. In addition to the high-speed wireless internet, a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a brand new front load washer and dryer, there is also parking right in front of the unit. When you're not enjoying yourself from within the vacation home, a short walk will lead you to the 5,000 square foot 150,000-gallon outdoor pool. If you find yourself outside of the resort gates, a short drive will bring you to Johnson Beach which is 7 miles long and has lifeguards helping to provide a safe fun environment for the kids at the beach. Hi, I'm JD. I am the General Manager for Perdido Key Resort Management. As a member of the family in our family-owned business my primary function is to ensure that we are consistently exceeding the expectations of both our property owner and guests. I have been with the company since its inception and moved to Perdido Key in order to manage the daily operations in June 2006 when, at the time, we managed less than 25 properties. I have performed all positions of the company and now operate all aspects of the Perdido Key business locally from the Perdido Key Villagio office which oversees properties in a dozen or more complexes in the area.
