apartment, totally separate, in the lower level of my home. 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living area / kitchenette. 2 1/2 miles north of town. You are a 4 minute walk to Tres Palapas Pickleball Centre, a first class facility offering not only the opportunity to play/learn the fun sport of pickle ball, but also has great dining options, from your morning coffee/smoothie, casual lunches or chef inspired dinners. I'm not the Hilton, but a great place to hang your hat for a few days, or a month!

While in Los Barriles, Baja California Sur also refered to as the Eastcape

I was lucky enough to start my career at Motorola in Phoenix Arizona, in 1964. In 1975 when they moved our division to Austin Texas, I spent 3 1/2 years there, before getting a job offer in Colorado Springs, my kids didn't like it there so when I got a job offer from Intel Corporation, in Hillsboro Oregon, I chose to move there. In 2000 I retired from Intel Corporation in Oregon and started my retired life in Los Barriles, BCS, with my husband, he passed away in 2011. With that change in my life I needed additional income and turned my 2 bedrooms downstairs into an apartment. I love it here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I love the weather, the water and the sandy beaches. The people in this small town are the friendliest I have ever seen. From my deck I can see the whales and the dolphins when they come by, the fishing here is great along with kiting and SUP boarding. Fishing is great July-Sept because of the water being so warm. And now we have the Tres Palapas Pickleball Resort within walking distance. This really is paradise.
