Surf Mist unique, fully self contained studio apartment has private access. The studios' decore is of a fresh nautical theme - being only 150m to the beach. Surf Mist Loft has its own well supplied kitchen - including fridge, toaster, kettle , microwave and hot plates for light food preparation. First night Tea, coffee, light breakfast etc, supplies are included .The modern snug bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity, soaps, shampoo and quality towels etc.
The very comfy queen bed also has quality linen, doonas etc-and chocies on your pillow ! everything to make your stay an enjoyable one.The Loft Studio room also has a sofa bed (if needsd ), TV, games,books etc

Overlooking the front garden are outdoor table and chairs and cosy nooks in the garden itself, to partake in a cuppa or wee dram. There is access (down stairs) to the rear garden where you are welcome to use the 2nd laundry , deck area with table and chairs , the Webber BBQ and also sit and enjoy the bird life.
There is plenty of quiet street parking. Access to the Studio is gained externally -there are 7 easy steps to the main house verandah mand another 4 steps to Surf Mist loft studio

Safety Beach has a sub tropical , quiet beach side atmosphere and 18 hole golf course. The Beach is pristine and 150m from the Studio. The area has an abundance of bird life and local eastern grey kangaroos which our overseas visitors love to photograph.

Lynda is home sometimes ( in the main house), but can be at work during the week or art and yoga ,Latin classes etc. other times.
Bill - the loving ,old black staffy- is always at home when he is not walking the beach with Lynda. He has his own separate yard etc. so you may not meet him.-sadly old Bill dog has now passed away 😔
